What is an Administrative Workshop?

1-2 day interactive sessions designed for educational school leaders to (a) learn about SEL, (b) build community, and (c) design an action plan for the school year  

Who are these workshops designed for?

Educational leaders who want to develop a culture of SEL via the cultural, structural, and behavioral factors necessary for sustainable, transformational change 

How does the process work?

(1) Resonance Ed facilitates guided conversations and activities with administrators to  create a K-12 SEL culture.

(2) Resonance Ed leads administrators to identify SEL look-fors within the teacher evaluation framework.

(3) Resonance Ed produces a structured implementation plan for SEL classroom integration.  

Why is this important?

This establishes a foundation of a strong SEL culture within an organization. We have found that when administrators participate in and model SEL integration it motivates educators to adopt the SEL framework and allows the culture to flourish.
