Dr. Krista Leh

Dr. Krista Leh is the founder of Resonance Education, an educational consulting practice focused on designing coherent systems for learning, leadership, and instruction that support academic growth through meaningful social emotional development.

Krista partners with schools and districts to move beyond fragmented initiatives toward aligned, sustainable practices that support both strong instruction and responsive learning environments. Her work is grounded in the belief that when systems are clear and intentional, educators are better positioned to teach with purpose, build strong relationships, and meet the needs of their students.

With 27 years of experience supporting educators and leaders across diverse contexts, Krista brings a systems-level lens to curriculum design, professional learning, instructional coaching, and leadership development. She is also the host of the SEL in EDU podcast, where she explores social emotional learning as an integrated part of how schools function, not a stand-alone program.

This approach (often described as SEL, unscripted) guides Resonance Education’s work: honoring educator agency, responding to local context, and designing systems that make learning feel connected, meaningful, and sustainable.
