Where Is Our Faculty Right Now?
Stages of group development, and the support each one actually needs
A faculty is a group, and groups move through stages. The support that helps a staff at one stage falls flat at another. Read where your faculty is right now, and we will use what you find to build the morning of December 4.
Before you start
- Think about your faculty as a whole over the past month. Rate what you have actually observed in meetings, teams, and day-to-day interactions.
- Go with your first honest read.
- There are no good or bad stages. Every group moves through them.
- When you finish, send your result using the green button at the bottom. That is what I use to build your groups for the 4th.

Answer these while the read is fresh. Both carry over to the send form.
What behaviors are you seeing in your faculty that point to this stage?
In your own words, what are 2-3 things your faculty needs to get better at?
Send your result to Krista
This opens a short form with your stage, your four totals, and both answers already filled in. Add your name and building, then submit.
