Krista Leh

Director of Professional Learning

Krista Leh began her career 23 years ago as a high school social studies teacher and curriculum coach. She developed a student leadership organization inspiring her to focus on social emotional learning (SEL). 

In 2012, she was one of 26 educators in the country selected as an ASCD Emerging Leader. Over the past 10 years, Krista has worked with educators in more than 25 states on creating sustainable, scalable SEL systems and learning communities. 

In 2021, she will earn her Ed.D. in educational leadership from Lehigh University.

Lori Stollar, Ed.D.

Director of Partner Success
Professional Learning  Facilitator

Dr. Lori Stollar has served as a Director of Curriculum & Technology, a Professional Development Specialist, adjunct professor, and high school social studies teacher. She recently retired after having served 37 years in education.   

Lori is passionate about helping teachers and school leaders positively impact student learning. Her research interests are in professional learning communities and collective teacher efficacy.

Sheila Kennedy

Director of Digital Communications
Professional Learning  Facilitator

Sheila Kennedy is passionate about connecting parents, educators, and the children in their lives to the practical applications of the science of well-being so they can thrive in and out of the classroom; especially through the use of children’s literature.  

She is a former first-grade teacher with over twenty years of experience and has a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.  As a featured presenter, Sheila’s focus has been on reinvigorating teachers’ purpose, building a positive culture, empowering young girls, and cultivating well-being in schools for students and staff.

Linda Mayger, Ed. D.

Director of Research

Dr. Linda Mayger is an instructor in the Masters in Educational Leadership program, teaching courses in group dynamics, school law, and evidence-informed practice.

Her fields of interest include school leadership, school law and policy, social capital, community schools, and systems thinking.

Tamera Musiowsky-Borneman

Creator of Coaching Content

Tammy Musiowsky-Borneman is an elementary school teacher, an ASCD author, and founder of Plan Z Professional Learning Services. She has experience teaching and leading in Hawai’i, Singapore, New York City, and Edmonton, Canada. 

She is the co-author of the book, The Minimalist Teacher, and specializes in providing educators forward-thinking coaching support to find clarity and focus, design engaging, meaningful lessons, and focus on developing relationships via inquiry-based learning.

Scott Heydt

Professional Learning  Facilitator

Scott Heydt is the Founder and President of RefinED Character, an educational consulting company specializing in social emotional development for K-12, collegiate, and non-profit communities. Scott is an experienced educator with over 16 years in education. 

Committed to whole child education, Scott is an adjunct professor who teaches multiple collegiate courses focused on SEL. He is also a leader in the values-based Greek movement and served for 10 years as International Director of Academic Affairs for Delta Tau Delta Fraternity's governing board.

Scott earned a MA in Leadership & Liberal Studies from Duquesne University.
